Quality and safety

Every product has a defined specification. Each batch comes with a certificate of analysis from the manufacturer.

We record batch numbers on receipt and dispatch so that, in the event of a recall, we can identify the deliveries concerned.

Labels comply with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and the national rules of the country of sale, and show Celvadis OÜ as the responsible food business operator where applicable.

Our fulfilment partners store products under appropriate conditions and take shelf life into account when shipping.

If a safety issue arises, we act immediately: we stop sales, inform the competent authorities where required and publish information for customers on our product information page.
