How we work

We work with manufacturers and brand owners whose products meet our product standards. Before any cooperation, we verify the partner’s identity and company details and agree on product specifications, documentation and quality responsibilities in a written supply agreement. Where the brand owner is established outside the European Union, Celvadis takes on the role of the responsible operator in the EU.

We purchase the products for our own account.

Before a product is listed, we review its labelling, ingredient list, nutrition information, warnings and marketing claims against EU food and product law and the rules of the country of sale.

Products must be notified to the competent authorities where required. Claims are limited to those permitted under EU law.

Products are stored and shipped by EU-⁠based fulfilment partners. We record batch numbers on receipt and dispatch so that, in the event of a recall, we can identify the deliveries concerned.

We sell through online marketplaces, pharmacy platforms and web shops.

Celvadis is the seller of record: we invoice customers directly, answer their questions and handle returns and refunds ourselves.
