We work with manufacturers who share our standards. To start a review, we need the following.
Company
- Registered company
- Company registration extract
- VAT ID or tax identification number
- Contact person
Product
- Product specification
- Current label
- Certificate of analysis of a recent batch
- Notification confirmation where required
- Shelf life and storage conditions
- For brand owners outside the EU: agreement on Celvadis as responsible operator in the EU
Manufacturing
- Proof of food safety management (e.g. HACCP)
- Certifications of the manufacturing site, where available
Commercial
- Available quantities
- Lead times
- Purchase prices
